Application Fee: Candidates belongs to General have to pay the registration fee of Rs.300/- and Rs.100/- for Ex-Serviceman candidates. The fee should be paid at any of the branch of State Bank of India, in Account No.30827318409, Branch Code: 1576 through the challan form available in the website. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Registration Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Age: Candidates minimum age limit should be 18 years and maximum age limit should be 30 years as on 15-10-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

How To Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the given prescribed format along with Matriculation certificate, percentage of marks in X class, valid email ID, valid Employment exchange Registration card no., Date of Birth as on SSC certificate, affix recent passport size photograph attested by Gazetted officer/ PSU Bank Manager or ONGC Officer and attach two more self attested recent passport size photos, Challan – ONGC copy and write your name on reverse of challan and should superscribe ‘Application for the post of Health Care Attendant Grade-I (for Goa) on the top of the Envelop so as to reach to the address DGM (HR)-I/C R&P, 4th floor, ONGC, NSE Building (Exchange Plaza), Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai -400051 on or before 15-10-2013.
