Educational Qualification :
Candidates should possess degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines or Unani/ Tibbia from any university/ institution recognized by the Government for S.No.1 & 2 Post, 12 th, D. Pharm, Pharmacist, Computer knowledge for S.No.3 Post, ANM/ Female Health worker course from recognized institution by Government Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council for S.No.4 Post.
Age Limit : Candidates upper age limit should be 40 years.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Screening test, Computer test and interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend for walk in interview with duly filled application form along with and original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience along with the proof of residence and photocopies of the same attested by gazette officer with two Passports size attested photos, proof of residence (for local) at the respective District civil surgeon’s office on 07 to 09-10-2013 at 9.00 AM
