-The Candidates should be a Graduates with BCom , MBA finance will be preferred
-Candidates should have Oral & written Communication and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
-Understanding of Settlement processes
-Collaboration within the team and onshore contacts
-Ability to assess requirements to manage SLA’s
- Analytical capabilities
-Results focused with an attention to detail.
-Motivated and possess a “can-do-it” attitude.
-Handling Customer Complaints
-Be a part of super regional bank goal
