Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 48 years for Post No.1 & Post No.2 and 43 years for Post No.3 as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR)/ Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management for post No.1 and CA/ CA Inter/ ICWA/ ICWA Inter for Post No. 2 & 3.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written test, group discussion and/or interview.
