Management Trainee (Human Resource Management): 2 years full time P.G Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HR Management or 02 years full time MBA (HRM) from recognized University /Institution with minimum 60 % marks.
Assistant (HR) Grade-1: BBA/BCA/BA (Personnel Management) with minimum 55 % marks from recognized University /Institution with 02 years experience in related field or Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks with 01 years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/IR/HRM with 05 years experience in related field.
Age Limit: Asst General Manager (Mktg) / Manager (Mktg): Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 53 years/48 years as on 31 August 2013.
Management Trainee (Human Resource Management): Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 31 August 2013.
Assistant (HR) Grade-1: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 31 August 2013.

Application Fee: The candidates belonging to General and OBC category are advised to enclose DD / Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 500/- in favour of State Farm Corporation of India Limited payable at New Delhi towards application fees.
SC/ST Physically challenged candidates are exempted from application fee.
